It's a fruit salad, except they use the peels instead of the fruit. Actually I don't know. :)

Baked chicken breast stuffed with dried beef, cheese and mushrooms. Baked potato, green beans and white wine. Blackberry pie a la mode for dessert. mmmmmmm

dude--- raspberry jerk glaze is hot, sweet, and very very yummy--- you always have the best sounding meals----always very very jealous... :tonguewag: :hammock:

I'm flying over to pick up my voucher, dinner at your home restaurant would make the trip complete. I hope you don't live in Alaska though. I need the summer, it's bloody freezing here.

Nope, I'm in the mid-west...So outside of the local flooding near the Mississippi River...It's sunshine and heat. Around mid-80's right now in fact.

Just bring a good appetite.

We had meatloaf the other night...Tonight though, we're having:

Mussel Stew w/White Rice
Chef Salad w/home-made 1000 Island dressing
Crusty Italian Rolls w/Parmesan Butter
Baked Cappuccino Custard
Spiced Apple Iced Tea


Feel free to come over for supper, there's plenty! :P

if i get a "spurt" and get creative, shrimp n pepper quesadillas

if i dont, taco hell

worse comes to worse---canned bean soup with chunks o ham pitched in for shitsngiggles...
