Thanks Coyote...I wouldn't say so much 'interesting' as it's simply my hubby is a picky eater. Add into that he's allergic to garlic, and most American food products contain garlic...Means I have to make most things from scratch so he doesn't end up with an food allergy attack.
Luckily though as picky as he is, he's also willing to try out new recipes/food ideas of mine. As long as it's garlic and seafood free that is.
